The fitting of these Lights is very quick and easy to accomplish. First cut a hole into the area where the Light is required, this could be in the Air Input Chamber, in the Roof or in a Fabricated Light Housing. The size of the aperture is dependant on the size of the Light.
* A 600mm Light requires a hole size of 608 x 220
* A 1200mm Light requires a hole size of 1208 x 220
Bespoke Lights will require a hole size to suit, which will be given when the size or style of light has been confirmed.

Fitting the Light:
Locate the Light into the cut-out. The Lights have a unique location system to simplify this process.
On each side of the Light is a small step as shown in image B. This allows the light to naturally locate into position within the cut-out. The Light can be quite easily pushed into the cut-out from the inside of the Canopy so there is no need to climb onto the Roof. If the Lights are being fitted from inside there must be a void of a minimum of 110mm to allow for twisting into position. Also it is very staight forward to replace the Lights when necessary.

Fixing the Lid to the Light
The Lid is fitted with Screws that are supplied with Retainers on, so the Screws are already in the correct position and cannot fall out. This makes the fitting a simple one man job. The Lights come pre-wired so the wiring of the Light is also straight forward.
